1. The Company does not take any responsibility for leakage breakage shortage by Sun, Rain, Water, Fire or weather sender is responsible for proper packaging and breakage goods are carried at absolute owner's risk.
2. Fresh fruits and vegetables are carried at the absolute risk of the sender as they are not apt. to be spoiled on the way.
3. The Company shall not be responsible if the goods are detained seized or confiscated by the Government authorities.
4. The Company will send the goods at the earliest possible opportunity in one or part load accordingly to the convenience.
5. Nature contents, condition value of the consignments are unknown by the Company.
6. The goods will be delivered against payment of all charges to the consignee.
7. The goods will be delivered at the destination in the Company Godown only unless settled otherwise.
8. The delivery of the goods will have to be taken within 3 days after its arrival at the destination failing which the same will be liable to the charges Demurrage Rs 5/- per quintal or in packages which ever is more for the first one month and subsequently increase by Rs. 1/- for per quintal or package per day whichever is more for every subsequent month.
9. If there is any claim on account of the receipt same shall have to be made within 5days falling will be considered as null and void.
10. The Company does not absolutely no responsibility for leakage or loss in transit due to accident, Strikes of any other cause beyond its control or due to breakdown of which enroute and of the consequences thereof.
11. Once the delivery is given against the receipt no claim will be entertained after that.
12. If the any differences is found out in actual weight as compared with the GR and goods itself the company will recover full Charges at the destination for actual weight found plus 25% extra.
13. If the goods of the GR do not arrive at the destination within one month, the sender should send the written Regd. notice to the Company, otherwise the Company will be responsible for the claim thereafter on any account.
14. If the Consignee does not take delivery of the goods within one month the company reserve the right to sell the goods in the public auction and sender will be responsible for all the sale proceed of the goods.
15. Company is not responsible for any loss or damage of goods booked under the receipt caused due to riot and Civil Commotion.
16. If by change loaded Truck catches fire or occurred with an accident, the Company shall not be responsible for that.
17. The Court in Head Office City or booking station shall have Jurisdiction in respect of all claims and matter arising out of the respect in the goods receipt.
18. Company reserve the right to deliver the goods without GR to the party on his name as mentioned in the consignee column.
20. If anybody who sells the GR to any other bank or party will be responsible himself for all the consequences.
21. The Company is not responsible for bringing back the goods.
22. Consignor or Consignee is responsible for all the illegal goods Octroi T. Tax etc.
23. Claims of uninsured is limited up to Rs. 100/- Only.
24. If the owner of the goods desires to cover the goods against fire and theft in transit by accident, we undertake such insurance which will be mentioned on the GR along with additional charges.
